Anonym 8 years agoI have been charged £30 for calling this number twice. I have never seen the number before and I am sure I have never dialed it..
I called ee, and they acted like it was just me calling this number and now regretting it when I saw the bill. I don't think a professional company should behave like this.
I did however get my money back!(0)

steven 8 years agoMy EE bill came as £26 even though with the continuous issues i had with EE for the first 2 months, ( a whole other story) my bill should have been £0. so i called and they said they had PROOF! that i made 4 calls to this number within 2 minutes! i have not made a single call to this number neither have they called me! now seeing some of these complaints i regret ever signing up to EE! EE did say they would add a £30 credit to my account, if they had that so called PROOF! they would not have abolished the bill. (0)

i too was charged £8.67 for 2 calls. phoned EE and they did refund a credit BUT only this once as a good will gesture. Adamant the call was made from my phone
so I dont know ??????? I certainly didnt make them to my knowledge and no one else uses my phone(0)

Karen livingston 8 years agoGot charged £16 for this number and did NOT call it .They called 4 times in space of 5 minutes !! ...called EE and tgey didn't understand it but said lookEd suspicious and reimbursed money BUT said they will put block on phone etc ..Now WHY does the phone companies not investigate this as that's twice it's happened to me ..and looks like a lot of other people !!!
