Melanie Hayne 5 years agoThis is about the third call to our office today from foreign gentleman saying they are with "BT internet" and saying there is a fault on the line. They want our details and help to fix it.
I said there was nothing wrong with our internet and asked him to remove us from their database which he said was not possible. The first time they phoned the man screamed down the phone saying we did not have permission to use the internet and that there was a fault!!
When I said I would report them if they didn't remove us from the database he put the phone down on me.
