Beth 8 years agoJust had a really pushy person call me from this number. Said it was s ppi call and knew my first name. He claimed that I had contacted them in 2012 although I have no recollection of this. He then wanted my address date of birth and full name. And now I think how come he didn't know my full name if I supposedly contacted them.told I gave him a false name and said I would check the company out on the Internet, he wanted me to do it there and then. I feel like I have been psychologically ambushed and I am normally quite savvy. Who do I complain to?(3)

Tyrewall 8 years agoI had a call of Help My Claim, I told them I'd been bankrupt and the credit cards and loans where included in the bankruptcy they insisted that I could still claim. I went along with it and the paperwork duly appeared a couple of days after. In the meantime I'd been in touch with the claims regulator at www.claimsregulation.gov.uk told them what they had said and as I initially thought, the information they gave me was completely wrong. Had I gone along with this, the official receiver could take all of the monies recovered leaving me to pick up their cost's. Considering they take thirty six percent of the total I could have been left with at least a £3600 bill. I sent the information I had received to the Regulator and was made aware that they are currently under investigation, information is available on the Regulator website. (5)

Nikki 8 years agoAnswered call and had music playing, the person explained it was regarding PPI, I said I don't have any, she carried on to say they are re-investigating some banks, when I said I wasn't interested, she hung up on me!(1)

Dilip Rupa 9 years agoPPI sellers give you a one ringer and being of the disposition I am they hard sell PPI. I have just reported them and have sent two recorded delivery letters to the company Help My Claim com Chloe Hill is the assistant one gets with a Liverpudlian accent.
