E.Taylor 8 years agoCaller purported to be from BT I am not a BT customer told me my broadband would be down for 20 days. Pressed him for this number initially it was withheld. I have reported it to BT who say they are aware of this scam but couldn't assure me that it was being addressed.(0)

Peter 8 years agoThis number called supposedly a BT engineer, and that my internet connection was throwing up errors and would be disconnected in the next few hours for up to a month. The "engineer" called back 3 times after I put the phone down - the screen went on to add a second number 0811784.
He could not explain the problem - only insisted he could show me how to fix it

kay 8 years agoThis number called supposedly a BT engineer, and that my internet connection was throwing up errors and would be disconnected in the next few hours.
I pressed for a way to validate the call and was put through to a "supervisor" Gavin Patterson, who provided a number this number to validate the call, which rang and was eventually answered with a lot of noise in the background but no sensible answering.(0)

Graham Smith 8 years agoAn alleged Robin Watson BT employee No. BT8500T1 called me from this number. I demanded to know the number, name and employee No. when he called me a liar because I didn't locate the right keys on a keyboard.
100% scam. Indian accent in a call centre. Why do they bother?(0)

yvonne 8 years agoSaid they were talk talk from evesham st. London.They gave me this number despite 01613547059 showing up on my caller display. Said I had virus and wanted me to turn my internet on. Indian accent. Female. Very difficult to understand. I ended call despite her constant perseverance (0)

Brenda 8 years agoBeen called by this number saying we had a virus on our computer and we need to turn it on and they would fix it. If we didn't our internet would be cut off for about a month. Indian voice saying they where from BT technical support. Think it's a Scam
