They are using a suckers list so ask for the details they have and where they got them from before you start any conversation.
I told them that the City of London are on and monitors the use of the contact list they are working from and therefore if they are an illegal operation, expect a knock on the door!!
It will be the police or someone delivering extra toilet rolls
