Anon 9 years agoBadly recorded message about being owed money by my bank for charges I\'ve been paying. I think they might have even used the term \"invisible charges\"! The guy stumbled over the really simple script at least once. Given two options: press 5 to start making the claim (ie: give them your bank details); press 9 if you\'ve already had your refund (that\'ll be nobody).(0)
