Ann 9 years agoThis call scared me. I'm fairly sure it was a scam, but I don't know. It threatened to prosecute me, but my husband and I have different surnames, so who did they think it was for. I'm a fairly old lady, and I am worried. But I'm sure HMRC wouldn't telephone - they would want to put anything in writing.(1)
