Mike 6 years agoJust had the same spoof call in Edinburgh as everyone else has reported saying they are HMRC and we’re filing a lawsuit against us and giving a case officer number to phone.
Gave my wife a hell of a fright. (She’s highly stressed as as her mother is dying !)

Philip 6 years agoJust had a call, It started of as pre-recorded voice say they were HMRC and have been trying to contact me. I hung up before the pre-recorded voice finished talking. Tried the number on my mobile , an answer machine with an American sounding voice.. Scam(0)
