newjustine 9 years agoOne of many calls from this menace of an organisation. I have no debts but they insist that I do and that they can 'help'. Usually it's 'Neil', but this time it wasn't so after he had asked for me by name and given his name, I asked him what had happened to his colleague ''Neil' - and he denied all knowledge of him. Then he asked me if I was going to watch 'Dawn of Justice' (the new Batman movie). That was a point too far for me.
I cut him off. Weirdo. (0)

MK 9 years agoAs above - guys claiming to be from government agency about debt - asking me for unsecured loans when I refused to answer got stroppy and said the call was recorded so I said fine send it to me - started asking other personal details so I said I too worked for a government department and asked him the same questions he got stroppy. I laughed and informed him I was putting down the phone when he got my name wrong - caller blocked now will see what happens next.(0)

S Summers 9 years agoI was told it was a debt company and I had several loans that I wasn't keeping up with payments. I said I didnt have any and she said I was getting aggresive obviously as I had debts . I screamed down the phone I had no debts and said she was to put it in writing and I would take to my solicitor and she hung up.(0)

J Whittern 9 years agoAh, the second call in a week from this number. (See my comment above). This time, 'Jack' (again, with a very strong Indian accent) said he was calling from the Citizen's Advice Department [oooh.... very easy to mistake that for the 'Citizen's Advice Bureau' which does actually exist to help people - sneaky, eh?] , about 'your debt, which you need to pay back'. I still don't have any debts. So I asked him "OK, so how much do I need to pay back, and who do I pay it to?'. He immediately cut off the call without another word. A complete scam. Don't believe a word.
