Iris 11 years agoCalled today. No message called them and got the \'personal matter\' message. Said they would call back. Oh I do hope so, I feel sorry for the poor person at the other end at having to take such a job as this. There will be no abuse, that would be too easy to shrug off.(-1)

Patricia 11 years agoKeeps ringing land line, hangs up when I answer. First time I thought it was a friend of my son\'s as I didn\'t recognise the number so I rang and got a recorded message saying \'they had called me on a very personal matter and would call back later.\' This worried me. Next day they called again this time on my mobile and again they hung up so I did a search to find out who they were. Will be blocking their number. (1)

R Jackson 11 years agoI have just been contacted by this number who gave their details as ARCS (Accident Recovery Compensation Service). They told me that a member of my family has been involved in an accident. When I asked for more details they hung up. I have been frantically trying to track everyone down to check they are ok. Then I googled the number and low-and-behold, another lying, cheating scam company trying to rip me off. Something ought to be done about these idiots.(-1)

Anonym 11 years agoCalled saying they were calling as RSA are the under writers for a accident I was in. When I asked who my insurance company was they didn\'t know and just repeated who he was. When I asked what the information will be used for he just put the phone down. (-1)

Anonym 11 years agoARC Legal department saying they have information from The Trading Floor that I\'ve been involved in an accident in the last 3 years. What a load of rubbish. Seemed surprised I wasn\'t interested.
