Anonym 11 years agoHad several calls from this number (now blocked) regarding a claim I\'ve recently made for an accident I was involved in....
They are really rude, think it\'s funny when they call me by my surname, and hang up without a \'thanks\' or \'goodbye!
Advise all to just block this number as staff appear incompetent, poorly trained and have no customer service skills! (-1)
