Polly B 8 years agoReceived a recorde message about the National Database and that boilers with A rating must be installed by 2017. This is totally false. The fact is that if you install a new boiler it has to have this rating but it does not refer to existing ones. Not only have I pressed the button to be removed from their database numerous times, I actually press the button to speak to them and told them I am not a householder and that their information is wrong and to remove me from their database, which they said they would. Oh no they haven\'t!!!!! So yet again I pressed 2 to connect to them and told the chap that answered that I am not a householder and I have requested numerous times to be removed and if it continued I would take legal action. He said he can\'t remove my number then hung up. I have reported this to OCI twice and will keep doing so.(0)

Jim 8 years agoHave had quite a lot of the above number calls but heard this morning on the Matthew Wright show that some people have been scammed by some of these unsolicited calls to the extent of several hundred pounds because they answered the call they ran somehow were calling premium lines apparently as soon as you put the phone down the call is continued so advice is to put the phone down and call your phone service supplier as this lets them know you called them while your bill was being charged premium rates and they can see from your records that you could not have been using the line, Hope this makes some sense and makes us all aware of the chance of being scammed. Have opted to be removed not happened., so I pressed 2 to speak with someone began to explain How annoying these calls are and surprise the ignorant man hung up. So annoyed. Called the number back got another recorded message about compensation for delayed flights. grrrh!!! When my call was answered it said welcome to MG something or other. So frustrating!!!

marshall 8 years agoSuppopsed to be based on the national data base and in reality it is about selling anew boiler.I allowed the call to continue to the end when I pressed a button to stop it calling me and this has not happened
