May 5 years agoSaid our 3 year contract for barring nuisance calls had come to an end and they were updating their services. Asked questions about family abroad and what type of telephone I had. Also asked for email address, which I didn't give. Very plausible. When she mentioned payment I said I didn't need their services as I has updated my contract with BT to block calls. She said BT would not be able to block international calls and I would know be getting calls from call centres in India etc. I nearly fell for this scam of asking payment to block calls. Lady spoke with a British accent.(1)

Samantha 5 years agoThey wanted me to pay to stop nuisance calls.Around £179,and said I had paid for this service back in 2015.I said no and the phone call ended.He was very plausible and polite even offered to send an email or copies of some sort of evidence. Scam Scam Scam.....(1)

Eileen 5 years agoThis number phones my parents explaining abt blocking unwanted calls from international callers. My mum automatically thought it was tps. She gave the lady her address, mobile number and email, then when the lady said abt it being £179.99 this was wen my mum said abt her husband paying Bill's and to fne back later. Is she too late for scams to be done?.(1)
