It demonstrates those who run these companies are weak cowards. The moment they receive lots of negative comments, the websites are shut down and they hide. Weak, pathetic individuals who hide behind others. No doubt Yes Consumer Solutions will file to dissolve next as its an easy way out for these cowardly individuals.(1)

These rogues have been doing this for so long they believe they are untouchable, but I understand a significant number of people have now come forward, submitted complaints and provided the Authorities with compelling information(4)

SCAMANTHA 13 months agoI suspect it is registered under another name, however no matter the real name how can you sell equity release, domestic insurance, nuisance call blocking services all from seperate companies from a single office, number whil all maintating different listed directors and have said directors call on behalf of the other, all while not having a website and attempting to voluntarialy striking of one of said companies while being a person of significant control of another, absolute madness and the public are not as ignoant ats they are ! SCAMANTHA 13 months agoJust to add how do Prestige Equity release and Yes Consumer Solutions share a phone number and open plan ofice with seperate directors and use the smae phone number and adhere to GDPR and data protection laws and also not be authorised form the financial conduct authority to sell equity release, food for thought ! Anon 13 months agoI received a call too in the last week. The caller said she was 'Stacey' from Yes Consumer Solutions. My number is registered with the TPS and I told her she should not be calling my number. She tried to convince me I had subscribed to a nuisance call blocking service for the previous 3 years and she was calling to renew it. Expected me to hand over my bank details. I don't pay for a nuisance call blocking service, so I immediately knew it was a con. Will be reporting this to Trading Standards.(4)

L Hall 13 months agoPrevious contributor makes a good point, if the companies offer an excellent service and provide a good/worthwhile product or service, then it is not necessary to scam the public. However, these rogue companies have only one objective, which is to obtain as much money as possible, often by misrepresenting who they are or by convincing consumers they are renewing a service they never had in the first place. The UK Government needs to clamp down on these rogue operations, start enforcing legislation and handing out severe penalties to those individuals operating these companies.(4)

Charlie p 13 months agocompletely agree with last posts 3 similar companies based in brighton and hove are still being sued by domestic and general after their recent 1.3 billion flotation on the London stock exchange, it seems that insiders were leaking their customer data which is over 9 million households to companies pretending they were their provider and putting them on a suckers list. the article is fascinating and on the evening standard. I couldn't believe I worked for them yonks ago. however I have never deliberately mis sold and am now an award winning salesman. if you amd.youre product are good enough you don't have to scam !
